These are not large. Roughly 16' x 12', plus an entry way to remove shoes and enter the bathroom. Here are pictures.
First, from the building lobby, down our wing. Our door is the first on the right; Elisabeth's is the next one down.
Here is the room as seen from the doorway. Note the trip-me ledge a few feet in, which demarcates where to leave your shoes.
Standing in the entry; toilet door on the left; closets in the center; desk; extra chairs (from the boys' apartment), TV and cabinet.
Our two single beds, with a big crack between them. No spooning here! AC and fan above the bed. Frosted glass windows.
Here is the kitchen; we've moved the microwave and hot plate to the top of the fridge, as the boys' room is where we cook and eat. And there is the entryway and closets again. Now to examine the bathroom. Rooms.
Here is the toilet. That's it. Ignore the Korean Culture reading material in the corner.
And... the sink. And shower. Can you find it?
Can you find the shower now? See the drain on the floor? Can you imagine the cold porcelain sink on one's bare parts while rinsing one's backside? : ) The towels can't be in the room while showering, as they'd get soaked, so you need to have the towel in the main room and dash drippingly over the shoes to fetch it.
And a detail for you safety fanatics. 24" between the shower head and the outlet. Be careful!
